Alan Wormington has been birding for 35+ years, since the age of of 14. He lives near Point Pelee National Park, one of the ten best locations in North America to observe birds.

Alan has studied birds at Point Pelee and throughout North America. He has published dozens of articles and papers on the birds of Ontario in addition to other natural historical subjects (particularly butterflies and moths). He is currently Editor of the Point Pelee Natural History News, owner of Ontario Natural History Press and voting member of the Ontario Bird Records Committee.

Steve Pike started birding at the age of 13 and is now into his 24th. year, gaining knowledge over the years at Point Pelee and throughout North, Central and South America. His sightings include over 300 species at Point Pelee, 600 for North America, and over 2000 species worldwide.

Steve is a regular guest speaker for the Point Pelee Festival of Birds and has been a past Expert Bird Guide for the Park. Steve is knowledgeable in his other
Specialty, Butterflies and Moths. He excels at Nature Photography and his resume lists many published and award winning photos.
